Tux came to live with us in March 2007, from the famous Trumpet Kennels of Beth Blankenship in America.  He is royally bred from Beth's Am Ch Trumpet's Mr Bojangles who was Top Dog in America 2002. His mother Erin producted eight Champions and his Grandfather Asher was also Top Dog in 2001 BIS/BISS Am/Can Trumpet's Send in the Clowns HOF

But the story began before then.  Alison Passmore of Torrikees Keeshonds imported a dog Sparky and a bitch Kismet from Beth.  She gave me Beth's website address and I decided to have a look at her dogs, one dog in particular stood out. I started to writing to Beth about him he was Tux's dad he unfortunately wasnt for sale.

Meanwhile Beth got Tux's back from is first owners the Williams family and he lived with Beth for a year, and she put is last championship points on him.  Then he droppped is coat and was shown in junior handling, and also producted two litters.

Beth decided to let Tux go, and had found a home for him in America but he would have been one of many, she asked Alison if she would like him, but Alison was moving house at the time, and she couldnt have him, she remembered I had admired him and emailed me I said yes straight way.

Tux came to live with us and he was an amazing dog, very lovin dog, but also independent he liked is own space, when he wanted company he would follow you all over the house.  We started going to shows he got quite a few Best of Breed awards at Open Show level and he qualified for Crufts.  In October Tux won BIS at the Keeshond Club Open Show under Mr N Butcher I was delighted.  In November Tux mated is first Bitch and a litter of six were born.  In December Tux mated both my bitches Morgan and Faye.  Morgan had four puppes but Faye unfortunately give birth to two dead puppies.

Then on to Crufts Tux won the Open Dog class with 11 beautiful dogs I was delighted and thrilled he went on to get is first CC under Gerald Mitchell.  Then onto Welks Ch Show under Alison Passmore Tux won is 2nd CC and showed like a dream.  He also went on and won a RCC.  He was my Special boy and I missed him so much when he passed, he was my Best Friend

Tux is producing sound health puppies who make lovely pets and do well in the show ring
